## Services

FireAPI.io provides:

- API data services (in-house, third-party & scraped data).
- API plans based on subscription, wallet, prepaid or pay-as-you-go models.

Service availability depends on third-party sources at times. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime or completeness of data served.

## Acceptable Use

Users must not:

- Use APIs for illegal activities such as fraud, identity theft, misuse of personal data.
- Scrape or duplicate our system without permission.
- Overload servers or bypass rate/request limits.
- Resell APIs without explicit approval where restricted.

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

## Pricing & Billing

- Pricing may change anytime with notice on the platform.
- Over-usage may incur additional charges as per plan.
- Payment gateway charges/taxes are borne by the user.

## API Availability

API may temporarily be unavailable due to:

- Third-party API downtime,
- Government restrictions,
- Scraper/source changes,
- Maintenance or misuse detection.

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or change in data structure.

## Account Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

- Abuse or violation of policies,
- Non-payment,
- Fraudulent/unauthorized use.

Remaining balance will follow refund policy rules.

## Limitation of Liability

FireAPI.io is not liable for:

- Loss of business, revenue, data or damages due to API response.
- Accuracy of third-party or scraped data.
